LABEL MAKER is not copy protected, thus make a back-up copy of
your LABEL MAKER disk for safe keeping.
I will be glad to offer support for LABEL MAKER. Please send me
your questions and comments to my above address.
----------------------------------------------------------------
LABEL MAKER has been configured for use with the STAR SG-10
printer (which is Epson compatible). If you are using a similar
type of printer, than LABEL MAKER should print labels without any
problems.........
But, if you are using a non-Epson compatible printer, then you
will need to modify the GFA Basic source code. If modifications
are needed, the PROCEDURE PRINT_L contains the printer "control
codes". Its the lines that contain: Chr$(27)....... etc......
If you are not sure how to modify the GFA Basic source code, -or-
if you do not own GFA Basic, I will be happy to modify this
program for your needs.
Here is what I will "need" if you want me to modify a copy of
LABEL MAKER to work with your printer:
1) a floppy 3-1/2" disk.
2) a complete list of your printer "control codes".
3) $1.00 to cover the return postage (not ready neccessary,
but It would sure help out!).
----------------------------------------------------------------
To use LABEL MAKER, just mess around with "everything"!!! LABEL
MAKER allows use of the DROP-DOWN MENU BAR, FUNCTION KEYS, MOUSE
and the KEYBOARD!
Most functions can be accessed by using the MENU BAR, A FUNCTION
KEY or by clicking the MOUSE on the little boxes at the bottom of
the screen.
ALL menus which have the SET, CANCEL, CLEAR options can be
accessed by either a FUNCTION KEY or by click the MOUSE inside the
box.
AGAIN.... JUST KEEP MESSING AROUND!!
